Matthew McConaughey hosted Saturday Night Live this weekend, and as soon as he took to the stage in Studio 8H, he got one thing out of the way: his famous catchphrase.

Adele Saves Thanksgiving
Those normally awkward Thanksgiving dinner conversations about political and social issues seem likely to be even worse this year thanks to the news cycle. With debate continuing to rage over the acceptance of Syrian refugees, the gender wage gap, police brutality, and the U.S. response to ISIS, there may be only one person who can bring generations of family members together: Adele.

'Star Wars' Screen Tests
A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, Saturday Night Live aired a bunch of fake Star Wars auditions from the likes of Christopher Walken (as played by Kevin Spacey), Jack Lemmon (also Spacey), Walter Matthau (still Spacey), Burt Reynolds (former cast member Norm MacDonald), Barbra Streisand (former cast member Ana Gasteyer), and Richard Dreyfuss (former cast member and now announcer Darrell Hammond), among others.

'Hello,' It's Adele
When Adele wasn’t saving Thanksgiving dinner, she was performing on Saturday Night Live for the first time since 2008. The singer, whose album 25 finally dropped on Friday, sang her hit song “Hello” for the show’s audience, as well as another track from the record, “When We Were Young.”

Matthew McConaughey made his first return to Studio 8H since 2003 last night, and as he promised in his opening monologue, it went “okay, okay, okay.”
