Tonight 02.27 Scandal 10:00 | ABC ''She's running,'' snarls First Lady Mellie (Bellamy Young). She, of course, is VP Sally Langston (Kate Burton), who murdered her gay husband and is launching a rogue presidential bid against Fitz (Tony Goldwyn). As in the best Scandal episodes, everyone's got issues: Rumors of Olivia (Kerry Washington) and Fitz's affair resurface; we get a glimpse at Harrison's (Columbus Short) backstory — and body. Someone utters this amazing line: ''My husband is a monster... and he thinks he doesn't have a weakness. But he does. Me.'' But the star is Mellie (Young is outstanding), who plays The Fixer instead of Olivia, and is front and center in the nifty, twisty coda.
