As in the best Scandal episodes, everyone's got issues: Rumors of Olivia (Kerry Washington) and Fitz's affair resurface; we get a glimpse at Harrison's (Columbus Short) backstory — and body. Someone utters this amazing line: ''My husband is a monster... and he thinks he doesn't have a weakness. But he does. Me.'' But the star is Mellie (Young is outstanding), who plays The Fixer instead of Olivia, and is front and center in the nifty, twisty coda. A
